Most of Rick Nelsons covers have just a picture of his face! Guess they were trying to capture the teen girl market! Gene Pitney is probably the weirdest looking guy of them all with some bizarre pictures of him with that 50's hair lol. Both Paul Anka albums are mono. The Diana album is original too,the other is a British pressing.

All four are still going strong and have lost none of their charm and talent. I fell in love with James Darren in "Gidget" (1959), Fabian in "Ride The Wild Surf" (1964), Michael Callan in "Gidget Goes Hawaiian (1961), and John Saxon through "Portrait In Black" (1960) and later in "A Nightmare On Elm Street" (1984) and "Black Christmas" (1974). Darren and Callan appeared together in "Because They're Young" and "Gidget Goes Hawaiian", and Fabian and Saxon appeared together in "Mr Hobbs Takes A Vacation" (1962). Teen idol, Bobby Sherman, star of "Shindig" and "Here Come The Brides", was a sensation back in the late 60s, early 70s. Like his contemporaries eg David Cassidy, Donny Osmond etc, he had good looks, charisma, was multi-talented, and possessed a certain uniqueness that set him apart from all the others. It's unfortunate that today's teen idols seem to be carbon copies of eachother.
