Imogen Heap -Hide and Seek. - thanks for so many views everybody, you're all AWESOME ! ---- this song came out BEFORE Jason Derulo's "Whatcha Say", just clearing that up!:PI personally like both songs, but everyone has their own tastes in music, so let's not fight over which one is better, hmm ? thanks :) ♥ (full credit to Imogen Heap for this AMAZINGLY AWESOME song! [check out her other songs too, all of them are amazingly awesome as well] :D)

The Meaning of Speeding Cars video: youtu.be I hope this song helps the others get through some hard times... I dedicate this one to those who deal with pain and depression like myself... Thank you for all the heart-felt messages, they really mean a lot! I tried to think of a "creative video" for this tune, but yet I couldn't find any concept that would've lived up the beauty of this masterpiece. When I came across a "tire swing picture", I thought "that's it" - it's my personal reflection of this song. I wanted everyone to focus on the lyrics and music, even with their eyes closed, hence just that one humble picture that "tells it all". To me Imogen Heap is a wonder musician, an Artist in every meaning of that word - I'm glad somehow my posting this song helped get more and more people into her music. It's about a song, one's personal moment, a feeling. Hope you don't mind, Immi.. you deserve every piece of admiration you get. The song is from Goodnight & Go single. I highly recommend Imogen Heap's second solo album "Speak For Yourself", as well as the latest one - "Ellipse". www.imogenheap.co.uk www.myspace.com www.youtube.com I do not own the rights for this song.

* Check out these other videos I've created: www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com www.youtube.com This is a music video I made for Imogen Heaps song "Just for Now." This was a class assignment for my video class and I think it turned out pretty well. Just to clarify, this is not my song, I am in no way affiliated with Imogen Heap, I just made the music video. This video stars Sarah Jones and was directed by Corey Thomas, aka me. PS If you're going to leave a comment about how much you hate the mouth thing, don't bother, someone, rather HUNDREDS of people have already said/covered that. Basically my artistic vision was a whole lot more ambitious than what the outcome actually was, because I was limited in my skill and knowledge of the software. Essentially the "out of mouth" pull shots would have worked much better if I knew then what I know now, and I used them so often so there would be one aspect of the video that would stay static while everything else about the video changed ex: the scenery, the actors, etc. Hopefully after reading this you will all have a better understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. ALSO watch Kylie Minogues video "Come Into My World" as another example (it also influenced me while making my video,) the camera follows her around the same circle over and over again, but things constantly change in the background. PPS Haters gonna hate.

ROLLING AND TUMBLIN Imogen Heap with Jeff Beck live at Ronnie Scott's 2007 from BBC 4 TV special LYRICS: Well, I rolled and I tumbled, Cried the whole night long Well, I rolled and I tumbled, Cried the whole night long When I woke up this morning, Didn't know right or wrong Well if the river was a whiskey And I was a diving duck If the river was a whiskey And I was a diving duck Well I would dive to the bottom I swear, I'd never come up. Well I could have had religion, In this bad old Sunday I could have had religion, In this bad old Sunday But whisky and bad love, Wouldn't let me have my way I rolled and I tumbled And I rolled and I tumbled I rolled and I tumbled

Hello... a right old rambling of me trying to get across various things and actually looking back on it not playing you very much music er... anyway...I mostly re-visited Tidal and I absolutely love it now. Swoon sneak peak.. and whizzy BBD thing... I did a lot more than that.. but yeah. Got the beginnings of a new track down. It's gonna be all a cappella (apart from a few birds and possible fire cracklings). Listen to Mic Check for reference on type of vocal sounds... this is super rough, thrown down in a couple of hours. Now lyrics to write... couldn't sleep last night and so sat up laptop on duvet cover and typed some bits. Something about being in the moment. What it takes to get there. What sets it up. Pain, water, a kiss, longing... threading something together and hopefully get that down so I can play you more before long. Loving twitter... www.twitter.com/imogenheap If you're hungry for more updates from me then sign up for that. it's a micro version of this. Day to day sometimes hour to hour. Want some others to follow? I like these guy's music. Miloshmusic and DavidSugar (just started .. please encourage!) Also Calvin Harris and Stephen Fry super active and fun. Twitter related : Going to release those vocal files for whoever wants to put music to it too by 12th Feb as something for Twestival. It was a song Idea I came up with for an animation that never happened... music was going to be done by someone else... but now that person is you! The song that never was ...

album version Knock, knock are you alone? No ones out here and I was not followed. Love, love youre already home. Partys over and you dont look so good. You find your way back down. And Ill keep the area clear please clear the area. When you find your way back down in one piece. Then Ill just be waiting here right here. Low light mercury morning No need to stay as its always nothing. But your eyes tell a whole other story and I feel the weight of the world. You Wont talk You Wont try just move Its too still in your sadness. Cry give up its okay Youve just got to trust me. You find your way back down. And Ill keep the area clear please clear the area. When you find your way back down in one piece. Then Ill just be waiting here right here. Slowly darling nobody means anymore to me than you If youre in baby then Im in (into this)with you, always. Careful close to the edge(Youre scaring me) Fall in to my arms.(away with it all) Fall into love love You find your way back down. And Ill keep the area clear please clear the area. When you find your way back down in one piece. Then Ill just be waiting here right here. You find your way back down. And Ill keep the area clear please clear the area. When you find your way back down in one piece. Then Ill just be waiting here right here. You find your way back down. Way back down, And Ill keep the area clear please clear the area. When you find your way back down in one piece. Then Ill just be waiting here right here.

Imogen Heap covers Michael Jackson's "Thriller" at some radio show or other, sounds pretty darn awesome while doing so. You should be able to hear the whole thing here, interview and all: www.bbc.co.uk ( Edit: apparently this link doesn't work anymore, BUT some clever person posted part of the interview in another video which you can find HERE: www.youtube.com ) EDIT: As this is rapidly becoming a lot more popular than I'd suspected, I feel like I should add the whole copyright malarky: I do not own this in any way, shape or form, it is owned in its entirety by Imogen Heap, or maybe Michael Jackson or whoever handles his estate, or the guy who wrote the song in the first place, or maybe BBC for all I know, but certainly not me. I'M GLAD THAT'S SETTLED THEN.

Headlock Artist: Imogen Heap Album: Speak For Yourself (2005) Lyrics Distant flickering, it's greener scener. This weather's bringing it all back again. Great adventures, faces and condensation. I'm going outside and take it all in. You say too late to start, got your heart in a headlock, I don't believe any of it. You say too late to start, with your heart in a headlock, You know you're better than this. Were a different pair, just something out of step. Throw a stranger an unexpected smile...with big intention. Still posted at your station. Always on about the day it should have flown. You say too late to start, got your heart in a headlock, I don't believe any of it. You say too late to start, with your heart in a headlock, You know you're better than this. Afraid to start, got your heart in a headlock, I don't believe any of it. You say too late to start, with your heart in a headlock, You know you're better than this. Been walking, you've been hidding, And you look half dead half the time. Monitoring you, like machines do, You've still got it, I'm just keeping an eye You've been walking, you've been hidding, And you look half dead half the time. Monitoring you, like machines do, You've still got it, I'm just keeping an eye You know you're better than this I'll make you start, got your heart in a headlock, I don't believe any of it. You say too late to start, with your heart in a headlock, You know you're better than this. Afraid to start, got your heart in a headlock ...
